Mark Kassof has three decades of experience in the areas of public opinion research. He has designed and conducted surveys in the area of education, as well as healthcare, media, automotive, and charitable organizations. He has a B.A. in Sociology from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Ronnie Harrow has been a school psychologist for more than 35 years...first in Michigan, and currently in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District in Fairfield, California. Harrow has also been an online coach for Instructional Consultation and has served as as Instructional Consultation Facilitator for the Brighton, Michigan schools. She was named the Michigan School Psychologist of the Year for the 2004-5 school year. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from City College of New York and an Education Specialist degree from the University of Michigan.
